Arriving at the guest house felt really off-no one was around to check me in, and I didn't see any staff except for one during breakfast.

What a good place to stay! The hosts were cute, making us feel right at home from the start. The location is perfect-just a short stroll to the town center for food and fun. Our room was spotless, and we loved the little touches, like having fresh milk available for tea at any time. And let's not forget breakfast; the full English was divine, and the homemade granola was a hit!
The only minor issue was that our bathroom could have used some hooks for damp towels. the noise from the breakfast area was a bit distracting on Sunday morning, but it didn’t ruin our stay. though, the positives far outweighed any small inconveniences!

We enjoyed enjoyable breakfasts and fantastic views!
Everything was very good, had a very good stay for my sisters Hen weekend. In short, the room was airy, very clean bed, spotless bathroom. The food was delicious and the bar was delightful. The location was stunning and peaceful, just a short stroll away from Royal Hall. There was plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

we had a wonderful stay at the fountains. the hosts, karen and sue, made us feel right at home, attending to our needs with genuine care. our room was cozy and comfortable, while the bathroom was immaculate and well-stocked with lovely toiletries. the breakfast menu was impressive, featuring fresh, local ingredients that really hit the spot. the entire atmosphere was inviting, and we appreciated the communal sitting area with refreshments, making it easy to relax after a day out.

Exceptionally clean room, spacious bathroom, with a great location near Leeds Bradford International Airport, made exploring the area very convenient and offered free parking for easy access.
